It saddens me to say this, but unfortunately, Retro 21 Designs is in fact, closing down.
After a year of providing my services using this site, I think it's time to say a goodbye.
I'm not going to be leaving the graphics/web design industry. I'll be moving to my own domain,
DeclanGarner.com. I decided to go for a more professional image and start to offer more
professional services. I'll still be offering designs for fansites and such, but I'll be doing
that on a subdomain of the site, fansites.declangarner.com (coming soon). To say
sorry for the inconvenience caused by this, there will be 10% off a person's first order, when
they order on fansites.declangarner.com, using the promo code NEWSITE. All exist-
ing orders that are pending or that I'm working on, on this site, I will continue to work on.
The status of them can be seen below this text. Thank you, everyone, for the support in my work
whilst I've provided my services through this site. I'll admit that I've not had the best cust-
omer service at times, so I apologise for that. I guess I'll stop rambling on now, otherwise I'll
